- The VIP lounge, which could also be used as a location for a conference, is available for customers upon request. It is located on the 1st floor opposite Gate 6.

Guided tours of the cruise terminal or the ships themselves are available for groups upon prior request at least two days ahead. Please bring a valid ID card along.
