The Columbus Cruise Center in Bremerhaven is proud of its service oriented and experienced team. Not only in dealing with passengers but also in operating. Veit Hürdler is the Managing Director and it is his task to acquire new business and attend to the needs of the customers among of them shipping companies and tour operators. Andrea Kamjunke-Weber works in the background and sees to it that all the threads are pulled at the right time, thus ensuring that the business runs smoothly. Karen Reinke is responsible for marketing activities and event management. Malaike Massoth our Terminalmanager and Wilfried Probst our Senior Manager Ship Operations are responsible for handling the vessels. They plan the schedules and coordinate all the work to be done on site. In doing so it is not unknown for them to roll up their sleeves themselves. Klaus Macke, our work safety officer, makes sure that all job safety regulations are adhered to. The team at our information desk is always pleased to assist and answer the questions of our guests. The cateringteam makes sure that cruise passengers and staff of organisations represented in our terminal can all relax and enjoy coffee, cake, sparkling wine or small snacks in our café.
